Please read the following guidelines and terms regarding our handcrafted heritage vessels.
All our heritage vessels are individually handcrafted by skilled local artisans using 100% pure certified Brass, therapeutic Copper, and bell-metal Bronze. Small visual irregularities are characteristic marks of pure handcraftsmanship, not defects.
Buyers are strongly advised to season organic cast iron, soapstone, and clay cookware according to our traditional seasoning guidelines before initial culinary use. Damage resulting from dry heating or improper usage is not covered under our trade liability.
Do not cook or store highly acidic ingredients (like tamarind, lemon, or vinegar) in plain copper or un-tinned brass vessels. Acidic foods should only be prepared in tin-coated (Kalai) brassware to prevent chemical oxidization and ensure healthy consumption.
Custom orders and large-scale temple brasswares require a 50% advance deposit at the time of booking. Since custom molds are tailored specifically to individual requirements, custom order bookings are non-refundable once casting begins.
Pricing estimates generated via our digital Inquiry List are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue. This limitation is due to market rate fluctuations of raw materials (such as raw copper, brass, and tin ingots).
